By completing a booking on Siam Soul Travel, you agree to supply accurate traveler information. All bookings are considered pending until payment has been fully verified by our accounting team. Upon verification, your booking status will update to "Confirmed," and voucher passes will be issued.
When paying with cryptocurrency, exchange rates are locked for exactly 15 minutes. Payments must be completed and broadcasted to the blockchain within this period. If your payment is sent after the timer expires, we reserve the right to request additional payment if rates fluctuate unfavorably.
Bank transfers must be made to the exact corporate account details listed at checkout. Customers are required to upload or input a valid transaction reference code. Verification of bank transfers typically takes 1-2 business days.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to departure qualify for a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be paid in the equivalent USD fiat value at the time of refund processing.
Siam Soul Travel is not liable for travel disruptions caused by airline cancellations, weather events, political instability, or medical emergencies. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel health insurance.
